Quick answer: start with the goal and the people

To prepare a useful proposal, define your goal, participant count, preferred dates, available time and indicative budget. HeliSands can design a beach volleyball experience in Lisbon or Costa da Caparica, subject to agreed conditions and availability.

For HR, business owners and event coordinators

Whether you work in HR, own a business or coordinate events as an executive or administrative assistant, start with the company priority: build team spirit, bring departments together or strengthen culture. Tell us who will attend and what you want the group to take away.

If clients or partners are invited, make that goal clear from the start. It deserves a tailored programme with time for conversation and relationship-building alongside activity on the sand.

Set one clear objective

Is the priority onboarding, communication, celebrating a milestone or simply spending time together? Choose a primary goal. The programme can combine introductions to the sport, cooperative challenges and adapted games around that goal.

In our coaching, beach volleyball creates concrete communication moments: calling for a ball, supporting a partner and resetting after an error. Those situations can shape a corporate experience without requiring everyone to be an athlete.

Understand participant needs

Share sporting experience and relevant mobility or adaptation needs. Agree activity intensity, breaks and ways to participate that suit the group.

Confirm the location and practical details

Distinguish city sand courts from an activity in Costa da Caparica. Confirm transport, meeting points, water, available facilities and any catering. Do not assume transfers or meals are included.

Agree arrangements for rain, wind or heat, an alternative plan and rescheduling or cancellation conditions. These details should be part of the proposal.

Request a comparable proposal

Send group size, preferred dates, language, objective, available time and indicative budget. Ask for the programme, coaching team, location, inclusions, exclusions and final price. Include any request for photography, video or brand activation.

Explore Corporate Team Building and tell us about your group. Each proposal is tailored; programme and availability are confirmed before booking.
