Find the right level

New to the sport? Ask for a beginner group. If you can sustain rallies but want to develop reception, setting and attack, describe your intermediate experience. Experienced players with consistent ball control can request an advanced group assessment.

Our coaches assess your level at the first session. The competition group has a separate invitation or Head Coach approval process. We do not offer trial classes.

Membership, pack or private coaching?

Adult memberships suit a weekly routine: choose 1–4 sessions per week, from €49 to €129 per month, including VAT. Check programme conditions and available days before applying.

Group packs offer flexibility, subject to suitable group availability. Private sessions suit one athlete or a pair working on a specific goal. Choose a format that fits your actual schedule.

What happens in our sessions

At HeliSands, repetition connects to game situations: receiving to build an attack, controlling a defensive touch and choosing a serve direction. Level-matched groups help our coaches set appropriate challenges and provide useful feedback.
