Athlete changes

Membership schedule swaps are subject to available capacity and a suitable level group. A missed session does not automatically generate a refund or credit. Pack bookings and program-specific cancellation deadlines are communicated with confirmation.

Monthly membership cancellation requires one month’s notice. Requests must be sent through the designated form or to helisandsacademy@gmail.com.

HeliSands changes

Weather, safety, venue availability, staff circumstances or force majeure may require a change of time, location, coach, postponement or cancellation. HeliSands will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Where HeliSands cancels a service that cannot be rescheduled, the applicable legal rights and program terms will determine a replacement, credit or refund.

Camps and events

Each camp, tournament and event may have specific deadlines, minimum participation, transfer and cancellation rules. Those conditions are presented before confirmation and prevail where they are more specific, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
