HeliSands media

Training, camps, competitions and events may be photographed or filmed. Images are used exclusively for HeliSands institutional communication, promotion of its sporting activity and educational or training content, including the website, social media, presentations and press.

Images are not sold to third parties or used for purposes unrelated to HeliSands. Any exceptional safety or personal-protection concern must be communicated to the academy before participation.

Minors

When registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges this limited use of images captured during the activity. HeliSands applies particular care to the context, dignity and safety of children and young people.

Uploaded footage

Footage uploaded with Competition, International Athlete or Team & Club applications is private and used for technical assessment. It is accessible only to authorised personnel and is not used for promotion without separate permission.

The sender confirms that they are authorised to share the footage and must not submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s privacy, image or intellectual-property rights.
