Purpose and use

The website provides information about HeliSands, its training, programs, camps, events and activities. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, interfere with security or infringe third-party rights.

Submitting a form is a request only. It does not automatically confirm admission, a booking, a place, a membership or participation.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the website, brand, logo, texts, photographs, designs, databases, training content and other material belong to HeliSands or are used with permission. Commercial reproduction or use requires prior written authorisation.

Availability and external links

HeliSands may interrupt or update the website for security, maintenance, administrative or force-majeure reasons. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HeliSands does not control their content.

Updates and law

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where necessary, communicated to affected users. Continued browsing alone will not replace consent where consent is legally required.
